Born and raised in the West Coast of Scotland near the banks of Loch Lomond, from an early age my parents encouraged me to try a wide range of activities. I played a range of sports and also learnt multiple instruments.

In my earlier years I was football crazy! In my teens, I played semi-professional. However when I turned 15, I discovered my love for the theatre and arts.

​

I successfully auditioned for a highly sought-after placement with the Dance School of Scotland (DSS) on their two-year Musical Theatre Course.

​

The DSS gave me a whole new perspective. I thrived on the challenge it provided: The first year was tough but hugely rewarding advancing my skills in Dance, Acting and Singing. Graduating from the DSS, I secured scholarships in London allowing me to choose where I wished to continue my studies and pursue my dream of performing.

​

At 18, I moved to London; I was awarded Dame Judy Dench’s Scholarship for Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. I developed my skills in singing, dancing and acting and… magic! Upon graduation, I signed with an agent on a global scale and booked an International Tour, singing as one of ‘The 12 Tenors’.

I performed in various productions, such as 'Avenue Q', 'Our House' and 'Sweeney Todd'. No stranger to the stage having performed internationally, throughout the UK and London’s Westend: My love for magic grew – I would perform at any opportunity. I started to get requests to perform close-up magic at weddings and private functions, parlour shows for variety evenings, as well as full-scale stage shows in theatres and cruise ships.
